I've tried really everything I found online and it's really really annoying. some more a bit strange points I found online (like playing with in game voice record or some other things) all other media without issues (browser music, other non-steam game) tried both in game settings for sound output (headphones, speakers) and dx version (10, 10.1, 11) checked default sound device (speakers, headphones) checked whether app is mute in sound mixer reinstall directx (current version dx12) high quality GTA V wallpapers and a color scheme change make up this GTA V Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10 Theme Pack download for your desktop.
